Graham Cracker crust
4 cups sliced strawberries
1 pkg strawberry jello
1 cup water
2 Tbs cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
Combine water, cornstarch, and sugar in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil about a minute, or until thickened.
Remove from heat and mix in dry jello mix. Stir to completely combine. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Once cool, pour over strawberries. Stir gently to combine. Pour in crust. Chill about 2 hours or until set.
