Prepare the filling for the pumpkin pie with apples.
First, peel 2 apples, cut into quarters, and core. Cut the pulp into thin slices.
Heat 1 tbsp in a saucepan. l. butter, put bay leaves and chopped apples, cook for 4 minutes.
Pour in 2 tbsp. l. sugar, stir, after 3 min. remove from heat.
Rinse raisins for filling pumpkin pie, soak in cognac.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil in boiling, slightly salted water, 5 minutes. Discard in a colander and steam dry, 2 minutes.
Grind the pumpkin in a blender.
Add milk, eggs, bread crumbs, cinnamon, and remaining sugar.
Beat with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Transfer the resulting mixture to a bowl, add the caramelized apples and raisins.
Mix gently with a spatula. The pumpkin pie filling is ready.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the remaining apples into thin slices.
Cover a detachable baking dish with parchment, pour the mass into it.
Place the apple slices and the remaining butter, divided into small pieces, on top of the dough.
Cook pumpkin pie with apples in the oven for 40 min.
