Yes, pancakes are delicious, but lack staying power.

Basic PowerUp Protein Pancake recipe~½ cup whole or quick oats (no sugar added) ~4 egg whites (optional: 2 t. sugar or all natural sugar substitute such as Stevia) ((you can also use 2/3 cup liquid egg whites, but pancake will not turn out as fluffy))
1. mix well by hand for about one minute (the key to making it fluffy!)
2. pour batter into an 8” skillet, prepared with cooking spray
3. Cook on low for 2-4 minutes, until you see small bubbles forming on the top
4. flip, and continue to cook for 2 more minutes
(It may help to tilt the pan when you flip…don’t worry if you don’t get it perfect the first time!)
