Mighty Meatball Subs

1 pound minced meat
1 big egg
⅓ c breadcrumbs
¼ c parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Garlic
1 tsp clean chop parsley
Salt & pepper
1 tsp olive oil
2 c marinara sauce
Eight Sub Rolls
12 slices of Asiago cheese

Instructions :
Step1: Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Preparation baking tray with nonstick spray.
Step2: Add meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Utilizing your hands, components work jointly.
Step3: Adding salt & pepper. With the ice cream scoop begin forming meatballs.Sit aside.
Step4: Add oil to the skillet and warm it on medium heat. Add meatballs one after the other to the recent skillet.
Step5: Cook for approximately five mins or till browned on all sides.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet included with foil withinside the oven. Cook for 12 mins.
Step6: Take it out of the oven and set it to the side.
Cut an oval over the pinnacle of the roll leaving approximately an inch at the ends and sides. Scoop does not cut the bottom 1/2 of the spool.
Step7: Use the knife to flatten the pinnacle of the roll. Place the roll on the baking tray. Place a slice of cheese withinside the hole area.
Step8: Return to the oven and prepare dinner for eight mins. Add 2 tbsp. of marinara over cheese. Place three meatballs on the pinnacle of the cheese.
Step9: Add greater marinara over the meatballs. Place the grated Parmesan cheese over the marinara. Return to the oven and bake for 6-8 mins.
