Award winning Boston Flower Show exhibitor Thelma Shoneman will present her program in person at the Montshire, or it also will be available on Zoom.
All who would like to see her, whether in person or on Zoom, please sign up.
Thelma’s demonstration features floral designs inspired by four New England gardens: Coastal Maine Botanical Garden; Hildene (VT); Tower Hill Botanic Garden (MA); and Bedrock Gardens (NH). Each arrangement includes a different leaf manipulation which Thelma will demonstrate. She will discuss each garden and the unique attraction which inspired the “floral souvenir!”
Thelma Shoneman is a nationally accredited flower show judge, a teacher in the Sogetsu School of Ikebana, and owned Colony Florist for 20 years. Thelma is an award-winning exhibitor at the Boston Flower Show, and was selected to design an arrangement for Boston’s MFA Director Malcom Rodger’s favorite painting, “Views on Modern Rome.”Masks are required at all times inside the Museum. We request that all who want to see her program sign up.
